Andrew Black
Director of Supply Chain Solutions, GSTS
Andrew Black is Director of Supply Chain Solutions for Global Spatial Technology Solution (GSTS), a Global Maritime AI company.
Andrew oversees the sales, business development and account management function at GSTS.
Previously, Andrew was Executive Director of The PIER, a global centre of excellence for innovation and collaboration in transportation, supply chain and logistics at the Port of Halifax. Over seven years at the Port, Andrew led award-winning initiatives that prioritized collaboration and operational transparency. He was the founding chair of the Canadian Port's Digitization Working Group.
Andrew has led AI initiatives on cleansing shipping data, scenario modeling and contact tracing, and he has led the creation of an Innovation Framework and Digital Roadmap for the Port of Halifax.

Rob Marshy
Chief Product Officer, GSTS
Rob Marshy, CD is Chief Product Officer at GSTS, a Canadian maritime-intelligence firm. During a 20-year Royal Canadian Navy career he modernised electronic-warfare systems and led the country’s first autonomous surface-vessel trials—work that earned an ADM Innovation Award. Rob now channels that frontline expertise in sensing and operations into data-driven solutions that help port authorities and shipping lines strengthen security, streamline supply chains and meet ambitious sustainability targets.


Efthymios Chaldeakis
Global Sales Executive – GSTS S.A.
Efthymios Chaldeakis is working in the Maritime and ICT Industry for more than 25 years holding several Managerial positions. He is a Mechanical Engineer and he has been an evangelist of Automation and Digitalisation in Shipping. He participated in several projects all around the world, Europe, Greece, Singapore, Middle East, South Korea, Taiwan and more, which delivered innovative solutions and value-added services for both vessels and offices alike. He worked for companies like Danaos IT Group, Radio Holland, Real Consulting, Setel Hellas and LR OneOcean. He is currently Global Sales Executive for GSTS S.A.. His base is at the Piraeus Hub of GSTS.


Maria Boile
Professor of Port and Terminal Policy and Management at the Department of Maritime Studiesv - University of Piraeus and Director of the Quantitative Analysis in Shipping Laboratory.
She has served as Research Director at the Hellenic Institue of Transport (HIT) of the National Center for Research and Technology in Greece, and the Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in the US. She is Coordinator of the European Waterborne Technology Platform. With over 30 years of international research and policy experience in transport, she has led and evaluated numerous high-profile projects and programs and received several prestigious awards and distinctions.


Neil Swain
Commercial Attaché at the Embassy of Canada in Greece.
Neil Swain is the Commercial Attaché at the Embassy of Canada in Greece. He has been a Commercial Officer for over 23 years and has been posted to South Korea, Montreal, Romania and now Greece, where is also responsible for Canadian business in Cyprus. Originally from Montreal, he received his Bachelors degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia (eastern Canada) and a Masters in International Relations from Yonsei University, South Korea. Before representing Canada on the international stage, Neil has worked across Canada and around the world as an English teacher, mining core-splitter, head waiter, and bartender.
